Shipping

Orders will be shipped in 2-5 working days. Custom orders will be shipped within 15 working days. Please email us at yellow@copperpod.in for any further queries.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders anytime within 24 hours of placing an order by calling our customer service at +91 91596 51999. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 3 days from date of purchase, unused and in original condition with original tags, labels, packaging and all items that came with your shipment. Please call us at +91 91596 51999 or email us at yellow@copperpod.in for us to help you return the product to us.

Refund

Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days of us receiving the returned product.
